Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book your room. The hotel will charge the first night at the time of booking. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules

Our front desk is open every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We’re here to ensure your check-in process is smooth and convenient.

You must be 18+ to book a room. Please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in for security purposes.

To cover incidentals, we’ll hold $200 per stay on your credit card, and we’ll authorize additional funds as needed based on your additional incidental charges. Please note that there is a smoking fee of $250 per smoking violation.

As part of our commitment to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable stay, we kindly request that you present the credit card used for booking upon check-in. This helps us ensure the accuracy of your reservation details and maintain the security of your account.

  • Website or Direct Reservations:

Cancellation is free of charge if made up to 3 days before the arrival date. Please, kindly reach out to us via phone at +1 305-889-4941 or through email at reservations@bbpremiumapartments to cancel.

Cancellations or modifications within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room revenue.

  • Non-refundable and Pre-paid Promotional Rates:

These rates are fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferrable, even in cases of force majeure/acts of God.

  • Third-Party Bookings:

Reservations made through third-party sites are subject to their cancellation policies and fees. Please contact them directly for any cancellations or modifications.

  • Other Reservations:

Unless otherwise noted on your confirmation, cancellations must be made up to 7 days before the arrival date to avoid penalties. Failure to cancel will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total room revenue if you do not show up.

  • The following items are included in the daily $45 destination fee, per room plus tax and applied at the time of check-in:

    • Complimentary Wi-Fi
    • Unlimited local calls
    • Espresso machine
    • In room Filtered Sparkling or Still Water
    • Access to rooftop pool and sundeck
    • Premium Toiletries
  • Check-out time is by 11 a.m. And we are very strict. All guests need to vacate the suite and then check-out at the Front Desk prior to 11 a.m. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please note that late check-out requests are based upon availability on the date of departure.

We offer covered parking for guests, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note:

  • Fee: $25 plus taxes per vehicle, per night.
  • Availability: Spaces are subject to availability; reservations are not guaranteed.
  • Vehicle Restrictions: Large trucks are not permitted.

At Bay Breeze Premium Apartments, we welcome pets as part of your travel experience. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, please review our pet policy below:

  • Pet Fee: $50 per night plus taxes (non-refundable).
  • Size Limit: One pet per unit, 40 lbs or less.
  • Supervision: Pets cannot be left unattended unless crated.
  • Public Areas: Pets must be leashed; not allowed in restricted areas (pool, fitness center, etc.).
  • Cleaning & Damage: Owners must clean up after pets and cover any damage.
  • Health & Safety: Pets must be vaccinated and flea-free.
  • Liability: Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and any damages.
  • Bay Breeze Premium Apartments is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or illnesses related to pets on the property.

By bringing a pet, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or removal from the property.

Late Check-out Fee:

    • 11:00 am to 1:00 pm: $50 + taxes
    • 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm: $120 + taxes
    • After 3:00 pm: Price of one night’s stay+ Hotel Fee + taxes.

We’re happy to Early Check-in Fee: store your luggage for free until your room is ready or on the day of your departure.
